Analysis of economic programs of major presidential candidates

The analysis of the election programs of the main presidential candidates indicates the emphasis on social promises, which is a traditional tool for Ukraine. The majority of the programs analyzed contain mutually exclusive points, which are associated with promises to increase social support and payouts simultaneously with a reduction in tax burden. Economic blocks of electoral programs usually lack ideological and systemic components. However, this disadvantage is rather conditional – traditionally election winners do not implement electoral programs.
